Personal Training

One on one strength. mobility, and functional training catered to your personal movement goals! A free movement assessment is included with each prospective client to make sure the right plan is created for you. Before training begins, Greta will discuss training goals, lifestyle changes, past injuries, and weaknesses that you want to be addressed in training. Each session is one hour long. Payment is charged on a monthly basis and determined based on how many sessions a week the client would like to work. Must be 17 or older to inquire.

The Strong Dancer Package

One on one personal training catered fully to the needs of each dancer. Technical progression and injury prevention both in the gym and dance studio is our main goal. If you hear too often from your dance teachers or competition judges that you need to strength train to improve your technique, this is the training for you! Before training begins, Greta will meet with the dancer and parent for a free movement assessment meeting where we will discuss training goals, past injuries, and weaknesses that want to be addressed in training. Each session is one hour long. Payment is charged on a monthly basis and determined based on how many sessions a week the dancer would like to work. Dancer must be 10 years or older to inquire with parent permission.

The Lifted Dancer Package

A personal training and private lesson package all rolled into one! Welcome to The Lifted Dancer Package. In this package each dancer will be guided through the strength training for dancers one on one strenght training with the proper strength training equipment and have the ability to work on their technique on a studio grade dance floor all in one session. Each package is catered to the dancer’s specific needs. Before training begins, Greta will meet with the dancer and parent for a free movement assessment meeting where we will discuss training goals, past injuries, and weaknesses that want to be addressed in strength training. 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of flexibility, turnout, and technique work will be included in the hour long session. Payment is charged on a monthly basis and determined based on how many sessions a week the dancer would like to work. Dancer must be 10 years or older to inquire with parent permission.
