One on one strength, mobility, and functional training catered to your personal movement goals! A free movement assessment is included with each prospective client to make sure the right plan is created for you. Before training begins, Greta will discuss training goals, lifestyle changes, past injuries, and weaknesses that you want to be addressed in training.

One on one personal training catered fully to the needs of each dancer. Technical progression and injury prevention both in the gym and dance studio is our main goal. If you hear too often from your dance teachers or competition judges that you need to strength train to improve your technique, this is the training for you!

A personal training and private lesson package all rolled into one! Welcome to The Lifted Dancer Package. In this package each dancer will be guided through the strength training for dancers one on one strength training with the proper strength training equipment AND have the ability to work on their technique on a studio grade DANCE FLOOR all in one session.
